Director of Administration and Finance
The parishes of the Immaculate Conception (Glenville), St Joseph’s (Scotia), and Our Lady of Grace (Ballston Lake) are seeking a Director of Administration and Finance (DAF). The DAF implements and enforces policies, processes, and workflows for carrying out the day to-day operations of the three parishes, in alignment with the mission and vision of the parishes with the goal of improving efficiency and cooperation among the parishes. Responsibilities include staffing of the parish offices, supervising the maintenance of the facilities, and work with staff to support parish initiatives, events, and projects. The Employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Travel between the three parishes is required. Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Administration (preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance or equivalent combination of education and experience with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in office management and staff supervision.
